Cybersettle.com
Cybersettle.com is an automated online tool for resolving insurance claims. Either an insurer or claimant can initiate the process, Cybersettle then invites the other party to participate. Upon agreement, the two sides are given three chances. Review the site to go over the process, parties to a dispute pay only if they successfully reach a settlement. As of this writing, a brief movie (under "how it works") describes the process.
